when we were at the orphanage in Coriachi, we went exploring in the crystal caves.  my favorate expeariencewas listening to matthais scream like a girl when a bat flew by him!! :D

we found all sizes of crystals to chip out and bring back.  there were yellow, transparent, and rusty color crystals.

we found a small red flower growing out of a large rock (a excellant example of perserverence).



this is my share of the crystals that we got from the caves (I only took a few really good ones!!)
